Frustrated

Extremely frustrated with the service and lack of knowledge on what we required.
Send the wrong parts twice. And communication with their employees was a struggle and took a long time. Nearly 2 months of back and forth and still haven't resolved the issue.

Would appreciate if someone higher up would please contact us to resolve the issue we're experiencing.
