I currently have this cover on my mountain buggy terrain + and have been using it only for 4 months. It’s a very sleek design and I do like the option to have the mesh cover on or the sun cover keeping the pram nice and cool in the hot sun.

Unfortunately the quality of it isn’t the best. The strap at the bottom that is used to keep it on the pram is really cheap. It’s only an elastic loop with a plastic bar which is already deteriorating/fraying but also can be highly frustrating to use. It would have been better if a clip were in its place for strength and ease of use. The bottom of the cover the wraps around the foot of the buggy also pops off all the time and isn’t very stable so has to be put back on all the time.

The things I do like about it is that it’s easy to put on and you can zip the front up in the middle without taking the whole thing off just in case my baby wants to see. It also is easy to fold up and put away on the pram or into storage.

I think if the above was fixed to be made easier to use with much better quality, such as replacing the elastic loop and plastic bar with a clip, this would be an amazing sun cover. Unfortunately because of the quality and having to fix this cover all the time when we are out, it really lets this cover down and I wouldn’t have purchased it. I will now either have to replace or fix it in its 4 months of life.

Its fine, keeps the sun off. Still quite a few flappy straps and doesn't fold away very easily. But overall the Mountain Buggy chassis is looking a bit old and tired now. There are much better buggies and sun covers out there for the same price point.

I ordered this thinking it would be as good as the pushchair, unfortunately apart from it looking nice it's awful.
The shade does not block out the sun, and I could just throw a blanket over the top instead of the blackout sheet.
I'm so disappointed after spending all that money, when the universal one off Amazon works so much better, and only cost £8.
I wouldn't have minded spending all that money if it worked, but my baby is still squirming in his pushchair to hide from the sun. Really let down. Won't be forking out on anymore mountain buggy accessories again

I leave my sun cover on all the time, it's super convenient and provides great protection. It's actually a must have and worth the cost for the great fit. Especially compared to “universal” shade cloths or muslins that clip on to the front. This provides airflow to stay cool and the fit keeps any loose toys from falling out. Brilliant. Thanks!
