Our old Nano wheels got bent which made it hard to push. Online the new ones weren’t available, but I had the option to get notified when available. This worked and I was notified which was great. The new front wheels are improved from the old ones but fit perfectly and roll like a dream. Delivery was less than a week from order.

We bought a Nano secondhand for travel and urban stroller-ing in 2022 - for 50UAD, but pre-loved since 2017. We were merciless the last two years, and since early summer really felt the impact of so much wear on tires (leaning like the tired jalopy in Cars the Movie). This weekend we replaced both sets of wheels, did a deep clean of the seat, and added pads back again - all for only another 50$ and no tools needed - and the impact is priceless. Our daughter is now almost 3, and we envision many more plan trips and cobblestone city centers to come.

Excellent product and service, fast delivery

The product was as expected. But delivery was expensive and very slow. I ordered after I was notified the item was back in stock. So paying $40 for a small box to be delivered, I expected a much faster arrival.
