The package came within 2 days, loved the fast delivery. The two back wheels were easy to install - watched a YouTube video. They literally just clipped in. Pram works like new

Once ordered, came quickly and easy to replace part. They were out of stock for months though which meant we couldn’t use the buggy.

Excellent service and fast delivery

The product was as expected. But delivery was expensive and very slow. I ordered after I was notified the item was back in stock. So paying $40 for a small box to be delivered, I expected a much faster arrival.

Hi Kate, thank you for the feedback. We recently enabled shipping from our offshore warehouses, to allow more choice to customers when an item may not be available locally. We'll continue to make improvements and aim to make it clearer when items are being sent from our local warehouse vs an offshore warehouse, which carries a higher courier fee and has longer delivery times.
