Easily broken

Clip needs new design. Very difficult to adjust on your own due to poor design.l, especially if you do not have larger hands. Very easily broken as this is my second replacement clip. Both times broken easily with no weight in the actual cot. The carrycot itself is great but these clips are a let down.

Thanks for your review and feedback.
With our carrycot clips, a helpful tip is to lift the carrycot up slightly so it fits into the gap of the attachment — then bring it down again to lock it into place. You’ll hear it click when it’s secured.

If you don’t lift it slightly, you may end up pushing it against the metal attachment, which could cause damage.

Your feedback is very valuable, and we will create a video to help other parents who may encounter the same issue.

Clip broke easily

The clipping system needs to be revisited by mountain buddy for the bassinet options. It’s fiddly, and easily broken. I would recommend an alternative for the early stages and save the mountain buggy for when they’re a bit older and you can do more adventures
